This page explains what information we collect when you use this site and why.

Information collected

When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number and, optionally, a short note. This information is used only to manage your appointment and contact you about it.

Please don’t include detailed health information in the note — we’ll discuss it in person at your appointment.

Analytics

Optional emails

Marketing consent is optional and recorded separately with its date and source. You can unsubscribe using the personal link in those emails. This does not suppress required appointment messages. Resend is the planned provider; sending is disabled in development.

This site uses no advertising pixels. If audience measurement is enabled, it receives no names, emails, phone numbers or free text.

Instagram posts

Official Instagram players load when pages containing our posts are displayed. Meta may receive browsing data and use cookies under its own privacy policy. Videos do not play automatically.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information by writing to knesthetics21@gmail.com.

Kai assistant

Kai is an AI assistant. Avoid providing passwords, personal contact details or sensitive health information. The clinic must confirm how message processing is handled by service providers.

Google Calendar — practitioner accounts

Google Calendar connection is optional for authorized practitioners. It is used to account for availability and synchronize eligible appointments with their selected calendar. Each practitioner authorizes their own Google account; visitors booking an appointment do not need to connect Google. KN synchronization remains limited to test appointments until real-appointment use is approved.

Retention and data recipients

The clinic must confirm retention periods, recipients, processing locations and any transfers outside Quebec. This version does not state unverified retention periods, deletion guarantees or certifications.
