Draft for clinic review. This text is not a final set of legal or commercial terms.
About this website
The KN Medical Esthetics website presents treatments offered in Kirkland and lets you request an appointment online. For questions about the website, contact the clinic using the details below.
Treatment information
Treatment descriptions, guides and answers from Kai, the AI assistant, are general information. They do not replace a consultation, diagnosis or medical advice. Treatment selection requires an individual assessment; website content does not guarantee results.
Booking and confirmation
Select a treatment and time in online booking, then provide accurate contact details. Check the displayed status: a pending request is not a confirmed appointment. Keep your personal management link and do not share it publicly.
A treatment listed on the website is not necessarily available to book online. Available options are those presented in the booking process.
Prices, packages and appointment conditions
Check pricing and your selection summary before booking. A “from” price is not a personalized quote. Booking an appointment does not purchase a package shown on the website.
Payment, rescheduling, cancellation, refund and package-validity conditions require confirmation by the clinic. This draft does not introduce any fees, cancellation deadlines, deposits or commercial commitments.
Responsible use
Please do not submit false bookings, attempt to access another person’s account or disrupt the website. Do not enter passwords, sensitive health details or other confidential information in your conversation with Kai.
External services
The website may display Instagram posts or link to external websites. Those services have their own terms. Google Calendar connections are for authorized practitioners and require their Google consent.
Privacy
Read our privacy policy for information about data and contacting the clinic.
