A chemical peel applies a chemical solution to exfoliate skin: it loosens and removes some surface cells. This differs from a facial-care visit and from microneedling, which creates tiny punctures. The solution and depth determine its effects and recovery; the term “peel” alone does not identify them.
KN lists a single chemical peel and a four-session package. The package changes the purchase commitment, not the documented type of peel. No named acid, concentration, brand or depth is specified here. Concerns such as uneven tone and rough texture need assessment before choosing a peel.

First session at the single-session rate; package discussed at the clinic.
Book first session — PeelIn a chemical peel, the intended skin area is assessed and a peeling solution is applied under controlled conditions. Contact time and removal or neutralization depend on that solution; not all peels use the same steps. KN’s approved appointment time is 45 minutes. This is the visit duration, not the time a solution stays on the skin.
Tingling, stinging or warmth can occur during a peel. Sensation depends on the solution and your skin. Strong or increasing discomfort should be reported immediately, not treated as proof that the peel is working.
Redness, sensitivity and flaking are possible; visible peeling is not a required sign of benefit. Recovery differs greatly by peel depth. Pigment changes, infection and scarring are possible risks. No recovery duration or session spacing can be inferred from the four-session package. Sun protection matters before and after a peel.
Mention sensitive skin, pigmentation problems after irritation, cold sores, recent tanning or procedures, pregnancy and all medicines and skin-care actives. The clinic should give product-specific preparation and aftercare for the selected peel. Do not stop prescriptions or start a strong exfoliant based on a general treatment description.

“Nathalie and Kai are two kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional young estheticians who provide excellent care and service. In response to my concerns, they provided me with information about the treatment that would be most beneficial for my type of skin, and after each treatment, followed up to ensure that all was well. I felt respected and cared for at every step. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking out a personalized and caring approach to skin care and treatment.”Rosemary Feltham
